1C Operator
AccountingNovex Group is hiring a 1C Operator. We are seeking a responsible and organised specialist to manage document workflows and perform transactions in the 1C ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Issue invoices in the e-invoicing system and register them in 1C ERP - Prepare adjustment invoices and make the necessary changes - Process product returns and buybacks in 1C ERP - Prepare return documents and monitor document workflows - Carry out relevant assignments from the direct supervisor
Requirements
- Higher education, preferably in economics or accounting - Knowledge of 1C 8.3 ERP and e-invoicing systems - Good Excel skills - Knowledge of ՀԾ - Good communication and organisational skills - Ability to manage several processes and deadlines simultaneously
